FIELD: organic synthesis.
SUBSTANCE: catalyst for the process of hydroisomerization of benzene-containing gasoline fractions containing Pt in the amount of 0.1-0.5 wt. %, is proposed, and Cl in the amount of 0.1-0.5 deposited on the surface of the carrier, as well as zeolite in the amount of 10.0-30.0, wt. %, and γ-Al2O3 the rest being the carrier, while the type Y zeolite with a silicate modulus M = 30-80 in ammonium or hydrogen form is selected.
EFFECT: production of a platinum zeolite catalyst containing type Y zeolite, which improves the performance of the hydroisomerization process: an increase in the yield of C5+ catalyzate, the ratio of methylcyclopentane/cyclohexane (MCP/CH), the yield of heptane isomers and the proportion of di-, trimethyl-substituted (DTMS) isomers.
