SUBSTANCE: device comprises a sender module, which includes a pulsed coherent radiation source with distributed feedback, 99/1 beam splitter connected to the source, which divides the radiation into an optical synchronization channel corresponding to an arm with a large division factor, and a channel with a lower division ratio, connected to an optical conversion module, the output of which is a quantum channel, wherein the quantum channel and the synchronization channel are the outputs of the sender module and are connected to the receiver module by a fibre-optic path, where the quantum channel is connected to an optical conversion module of the receiver connected to the monitoring and control board, to which the synchronization channel is also connected.

EFFECT: high accuracy of synchronization for systems of quantum key distribution at side frequencies in star topology.
