FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite structures and relates to high-load structures from polymer composite materials, in particular wing and fuselage compartments with a mesh bearing frame based on unidirectional ribs. Invention can be used in building structures, engineering structures. Mesh shell is formed by ribs and has outer skin. Some ribs are arranged in omega-shaped profiles and connected to the profiles by their inner and side surfaces. Depth of each profile is not less than the height of the rib; the shelves of the profiles are connected to the outer skin. In places of installation of profiles between external surface of rib and external skin there is an external layer. Between the outer layer and the outer surface of the rib there is an outer pad with an ordered porous structure made of a material with a modulus of elasticity of not less than 100 kg/mm2. Fibre sensors of the rib state monitoring system are arranged in the outer pad.
EFFECT: invention provides high weight efficiency of the structure, controllability and protection against external effects.
