FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device for ultraviolet treatment of seeds during their loading relates to agriculture and is intended for disinfection of seeds and their subsequent loading. Device for ultraviolet treatment of seeds consists of loading hopper, in lower part of which there is a dosing gate. Below the loading hopper there is a belt conveyor mounted on supports with an electric drive to ensure its movement. Above the belt conveyor there is an auger for distribution of seeds along the width of the belt conveyor, the turns of which are made by right and left. Also, an ultraviolet lamp is installed above the belt conveyor, above which a reflector is mounted. Under the upper branch of the belt conveyor there are rollers and shakers made in the form of an ellipse for shaking the upper branch of the belt conveyor. Rollers and shakers are made with possibility of rotation. On the opposite side of the belt conveyor from the loading hopper there is an unloading hopper located below the belt conveyor. Lower part of the unloading hopper is connected to one side of the suction pipeline, the other side of which is tangentially connected to a cyclone-separator, below which a batcher is installed. Lower part of the dispenser is connected to the discharge pipeline of the fan, which provides creation of negative pressure in the cyclone-separator. Connecting pipeline is connected to the upper part of the cyclone-separator, and a discharge cyclone is installed on the delivery pipeline.

EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of seeds injury and increase of uniformity of ultraviolet radiation of seeds.
