FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgical industry and can be used for extraction of precious non-ferrous metals, namely gold, from primary sulphides of refractory ores, including from ores of double refractory. Method involves ore opening by way of its treatment with a solution of trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA) with oxidation of a sulphide matrix and its destruction and separation of the spent TCCA solution to obtain conditioned ore. Obtained conditioned ore is directed for leaching of gold with sodium cyanide or a cyanide-free leaching agent. At that, pre-crushed ore is subjected to treatment with TCCA solution in agitation or percolation mode at temperature from 5 to 30 °C, wherein the concentration of TCCA in the solution is set in range of 0.4-12.0 g/l, L:S ratio is from 1:1 to 10:1, concentration of active chlorine – from 0.36 to 10.8 g/l and the value of the redox potential is from 50 to 1300 mV.
EFFECT: increased extraction of gold during processing, excluding operations of fine and ultrafine grinding of ore, processes of physical dressing and roasting, as well as heating of solutions during ore processing and use of autoclave equipment.
