SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport control training simulators. Rolling stock training complex is made in the form of rolling stock and includes a surveillance camera, a module for simulating audio signals, a fault module, a workstation of a trainee or workstations of trainees, dynamic platform, on which a trainee chair or trainee chairs and a dashboard with a monitor are installed, system units for initiating processes of visual, sound and tactile effects, as well as analysing the psychophysical state of the trainee and providing assistance in real time, which are functionally connected to each other, as well as to a surveillance camera, a module for simulating sound signals, a workstation of a trainee, a dashboard, a fault module and an instructor panel. At the same time the training complex is made with possibility to be connected to the instructor’s panel.

EFFECT: creation of training conditions, which are closest to reality, increase of efficiency and quality of training of a trainee.
