FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of determining technical state of pneumatic hydraulic shock absorbers of vehicle suspension. Method comprises the following stages. Currents of at least one shock absorber are determined. Currents are converted to weight to determine loading or unloading of dump truck. Frequencies of natural vibrations of the suspension of at least one shock absorber are determined during loading of the vehicle. Obtained results are stored in a memory unit of the computing device. These results are reference. During operation of the vehicle, the frequency of natural oscillations of the suspension of at least one shock absorber is determined. Obtained results are compared with reference results. In case of differences between values, a message on the state of at least one damper is generated. Generated message is transmitted via the CAN bus to the digital network of the vehicle for displaying the detected faulty shock absorbers on the electronic panel of the operator or digital advisor. Panel is installed in the vehicle cabin and displays the detected faults in the form of a status indicator.
EFFECT: efficient control of technical condition of shock absorbers.
