FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, to methods of producing composite materials, and can be used as binders in production of diamond cutting tools for construction industry and stone processing. Binder based on a high-entropy alloy for making a diamond tool contains the ratio of components specified in the formula Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ni, Mn, Ti, Al, as well as an additive that increases efficiency, in the form of hollow corundum microspheres and an alloying additive.
EFFECT: higher rate of processing of highly reinforced concrete with diamond tool, increased specific resource, as well as stability of operational characteristics during the whole period of operation.
