FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of articles from hard-alloy materials. Invention may be used as binders in production of diamond cutting tools for construction and stone processing. Proposed binder comprises copper, iron, cobalt, tungsten carbide and alloying nanopowder additive with specific surface of 6-25 m2/g with the following ratio of components in wt %: copper - 30-60, iron - 20-35, cobalt - 10-15, tin - 0-10.5, tungsten carbide - 0-20, alloying additive - 1-15.
EFFECT: higher wear resistance, hardness, strength and impact number
2 cl, 4 tbl
