FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: flare system comprises waste gas source 1, process separator 2, flare pipeline 3, made with a slope towards the process separator, flare 4, pump 5 for pumping liquid from process separator 2, automatic gate 6 is installed on flare pipeline 3 and is made in the form of a U-shaped section of the flare pipeline forming a hydraulic lock. Hydraulic lock 6 is equipped with moisture accumulating pocket 7 with holes 8 in its lower part. Excess hydraulic lock fluid is discharged from moisture accumulating pocket 7 via pipeline 9 into process separator 2 under liquid level, and hydraulic lock 6 is filled with liquid through holes 8 in case of hydraulic lock fluid carry-over with waste gas. Role of the hydraulic lock fluid is performed by drop moisture entering flare pipeline 3 with the waste gas.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase reliability of flare system operation.
