FIELD: oil industry; separation of oil and gas in oil gathering and preparation systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed separating plant includes vertical hydraulic cyclone apparatus with pipe lines supplying gas-and-liquid mixture, discharging gas and liquid, concentric entrainment chamber and gas equalizing branch pipe. Hydraulic cyclone apparatus is mounted in horizontal reservoir and its lower edge rests at points of engagement with cylindrical shell of reservoir; lower end of entrainment chamber is located at the same level with lower end of hydraulic cyclone apparatus; gas discharge pipe line is mounted by lower end at level of upper generatrix of reservoir; one end of gas equalizing branch pipe is located in gas chamber of reservoir and other end enters axial zone of gas discharge pipe line.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of separation.
