FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology and cosmetology, and can be used for mesotherapeutic skin rejuvenation. Method involves injection or non-injection intradermal introduction of a composition for skin rejuvenation containing: active ingredient in the form of tyrosyl-D-alanyl-glycyl-phenylalanyl-leucyl-arginine and a solvent in form of a solution of sodium chloride and/or 2-aminoethanesulphonic acid and/or sodium deoxyribonucleate and/or coenzyme Q. Active component is taken in amount of 1 mg regardless of the type of solvent used, wherein 0.9% sodium chloride solution is taken in amount of 1.0 ml or 2.0 ml, solution of 2-aminoethanesulphonic acid is taken in amount of 1.0 ml, 2.0 ml or 3.0 ml, sodium deoxyribonucleate solution is taken in amount of 1.0 ml, 2.0 ml or 3.0 ml, coenzyme Q solution is taken in amount of 1.0 ml, 2.0 ml or 3.0 ml. Course of mesotherapeutic skin rejuvenation is selected depending on the age-related changes of the patient's skin, wherein for patients under 40 years old resort to 2-3 sessions of composition introduction with interval of 10-14 days, and for patients from 40 years old resorted to 4 sessions of composition introduction with interval of 10-14 days, then supporting procedures are performed 1 time in 3 months and 1 time in 6 months.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to achieve improvement and normalization of skin cell functions, restore its structure, microcirculation and lymph flow due to regulation of melanogenesis processes, stimulation of cellular mitotic activity by interaction with opiate receptors of derma, increased multiplication of fibroblasts and increased production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid with synergistic action of components of the composition.
