FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to sports medicine, and can be used to determine the severity of hypokinesia in former athletes. Blood is sampled. Whole blood is centrifuged. Blood plasma or serum is divided into lipoprotein fractions, in which concentration of cholesterol and TBA-active products is determined. Value of the diagnostic coefficient (DC) is calculated by the formula: DC = TBAap(LDL+VLDL)×CS(LDL+VLDL)/TBAap(HDL)×CS(HDL), where TBAap(LDL+VLDL) is the content of TBA-active products in low and very low density lipoproteins, mcmol/l; CS(LDL+VLDL) is content of cholesterol in lipoproteins of low and very low density, mmol/l; TBAap(HDL) is the content of TBA-active products in high-density lipoproteins, mcmol/l; CS(HDL) is the content of cholesterol in high-density lipoproteins, mmol/l. If the DC value is from 3.0 to 4.0 units, the presence of moderate hypokinesia is determined. If the DC value is 4.0 units and more, the presence of pronounced hypokinesia is determined.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of diagnosing the state of hypokinesia and the degree of its manifestation in former athletes in the conditions of dispensary observation, taking into account the capabilities of clinical diagnostic laboratories of medical institutions, by determining the hypokinesia values obtained based on the content of cholesterol and TBA-active products in the lipoprotein fractions of blood.
