FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely restorative, rehabilitative medicine, and may be used for determining a degree of hypokinesia accompanying forced limitation of motor activity in the patients with an injury. Blood is sampled, blood is centrifuged, plasma or serum is separated into lipoprotein fractions wherein concentration of cholesterol and TBA-reactive substances is determined. A diagnostic coefficient (DC) is calculated by formula: DC=TBArs(LDL+VLDL)×CHS(LDL+VLDLP)/TBArs(HDL)×CHS(HDL), where TBArs(LDL+VLDL) is the content of TBA-reactive substances in low and very low density lipoproteins, mcmol/l; CHS(LDL+VLDL) is cholesterol content in low and very low density lipoproteins, mmol/l; TBArs(HDL) is content of TBA-reactive substances in high-density lipoproteins, mcmol/l; CHS(HDL) is cholesterol content in the high-density lipoproteins, mmol/l. If DC is from 4.0 to 5.0 units moderate degree of hypokinesia is detected. If DC is 5.0 units and more, the presence of a pronounced degree of hypokinesia is determined.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of diagnosing the state of hypokinesia and the severity of its effect in patients with forced limitation of motor activity in conditions of clinical diagnostic medical institutions and taking into account the capabilities of clinical diagnostic laboratories by evaluating the content of lipoprotein blood fractions of cholesterol and TBA-reactive substances, that allows to detect degree of manifestation of unfavourable changes of metabolism in form of dyslipidemia, activation processes of lipid peroxidation and reducing resources of antioxidant protection under influence of forced hypokinesia.
