FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in development and modernization of facilities for determining spatial coordinates (SC) of aircraft (AC). In the disclosed method, the resultant values of the AC CS are formed as a result of complex processing of information coming from a local control and correcting station (LCCS), an inertial navigation system (INS) and user navigation equipment (UNE), taking into account two-variant control of the UNE operability, which is implemented in the first version with using LCCS by determining the value of the first performance indicator of the UNE, and in the second version – using the INS by determining the value of the second performance indicator of the UNE, wherein the value of the second performance indicator of the UNE is determined as a result of detecting compliance or non-compliance of the verification and control deviations of the aircraft location, assessed using measurements generated by UNE and INS, respectively, at current and previous control moments of time during aircraft flight. This makes it possible to reduce the dependence of the value of the second performance indicator of the UNE on the accumulated measurement error of the SC in the INS and leads to increase in the reliability of its determination; Increasing the reliability of determining the second feature of the operability of the UNE, in turn, reduces the number of cases of excluding the most accurate measurements of the operable UNE from the integrated information processing when determining the final values of the AC SC and, as a result, increases their accuracy as a whole.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of the determined AC SC.
