FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: used in the creation and upgrading of devices for monitoring the integrity of the navigation field of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) in terms of monitoring reliability of the information received by the Navigation User Equipment (NUE) of the aircraft (AC). The substance of the invention is that the decision about continuity or discontinuity of the aircraft's GNSS NUE is formed on the basis of a comparison of synchronized estimates of distances between the aircraft and the LCCS, determined in one case by the difference between the synchronized moments of reception and transmission of an additional information package transmitted from the LCCS to the aircraft, and in the second case, according to the synchronized spatial coordinates of the aircraft and the LCCS; in this case the spatial coordinates of the LCCS transmitted in an additional information package and estimates of the spatial coordinates of the aircraft generated from the information contained in the satellite signals are used.
EFFECT: increased likelihood of correctly detecting discontinuity of the GNSS NUE of the aircraft.
