SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to non-destructive testing of parts. Disclosed is an ultrasonic inspection device for non-destructive testing of a fibre-reinforced polymer material, comprising: ultrasonic inspection head (37), liquid nozzle (38) with liquid inlet (42), with liquid outlet (43) and inner surface (45) converging towards liquid outlet (43), wherein fluid nozzle (38) has multiple fluid guide ribs (47) extending inward from fluid nozzle (38) converging inner surface in sound chamber ahead of ultrasonic inspection head (37). Height of the liquid guide ribs (47) decreases in the direction towards the liquid outlet hole (43), and the inner longitudinal edges of the liquid guide ribs (47) pass parallel to each other. Also disclosed is an instrumentation with a manipulation element.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides effective control of parts with three-dimensional geometric shape due to laminar flow of liquid.
