FIELD: earth or rock drilling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drilling works, in particular to devices for cleaning wells from sludge when drilling soil. Proposed device for cleaning wells from sludge comprises cylindrical body with truncated cone base. Cylindrical body is hollow, and the base in the form of a truncated cone is hollow, at the same time the body is divided by a mounting hole into a cylindrical part of the body and a base in the form of a truncated cone. Also, inside the cylindrical part of the housing there is a fastening thread, along the side surface of the base in the form of a truncated cone there are flushing holes, and a damper in the form of a truncated cone is placed inside the housing in a mounting hole. Along the entire area of the side surface of the shutter there are stiffening ribs, at the same time in the upper part of the shutter there is a trap made in the form of a funnel with an inclination of walls of 45°, in the lower part of the gate there is a lower funnel. Trap in the narrow part is connected to the lower funnel, in the narrow part of the lower funnel there is a ball shutoff element, which closes the gate opening with its upper part, and the lower part is fixed with a conical spring.
EFFECT: increased rigidity of the device structure.
