SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lining. Set contains lining and extended elements from wear-resistant material. Lining elements are made in the form of perforated plates with hardness of 500HBW and more, with thickness of at least 8 mm, with possibility of being placed on the bearing surface. Total area of holes in plate S1 is from 30 to 50% of surface area of plate S2. Longitudinal and transverse dimensions of the hole in the plate are selected from the ratio a/b=2÷1. Lining elements are placed on part of the body bottom surface in the area of maximum impact action with height h2 and in the area of maximum abrasive wear with height h1, on part of surfaces of front and side walls in area of "contact spot" – with thickness h3, on the rest – with thickness h4, where h1 is greater than or equal to h2, h2 is greater than h3, h3 is greater than or equal to h4. Elongated elements are arranged on bottom in transverse direction relative to longitudinal axis of body – between side walls of body. Lining and extended elements are laid with pitch from 30 to 50 mm, with their subsequent attachment to body surface by means of welded seams.

EFFECT: increased service life of dump truck body at reduction of lining weight without reduction of its protective properties.
