SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering equipment, namely to structures of external lining of heating devices, and can be used both on individual and industrial scales for universal organization of heat insulation with effect of heat dissipation from housings of various heating devices, for example, heating equipment or wood, gas or modular bath stoves. Kit for assembling a heat-insulating and/or heat-dissipating flexible coating contains a flexible heat-resistant wire or flexible heat-resistant thread (2), granular refractory heat-insulating or heat-dissipating material, or heat-insulating and heat-dissipating materials (1). Heat-insulating and/or heat-dissipating string contains at least one flexible heat-resistant wire or flexible heat-resistant thread (2), to which granular refractory heat-insulating or heat-dissipating material, or heat-insulating and heat-dissipating materials (1) is attached. Heat-insulating and/or heat-dissipating flexible coating contains rows of heat-insulating and/or heat-dissipating strings connected to each other by means of at least one heat-resistant connecting element (3).
