SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely, to the structures of tubing with a heat-insulating coating (HIC), and can be used for the construction of heat-insulated columns from joined to each other tubing in the oil and gas industry for injecting a working agent into a hydrocarbon-containing formation (WA), for example, water vapor superheated to 350°C. Tubing with heat-insulating coating contains a pipe with threaded parts at the ends and having a heat-insulating coating on the outer surface of a ceramic cord, glue and cast polymerizable composite material, closed with a protective casing, and a cover. Covers are installed on the threaded parts of the pipe, have windows filled with cast polymerizable composite material, are made with connecting elements that ensure assembly into a column. The first cover is rigidly connected to the pipe and casing. The second cover is rigidly connected to the pipe, but is movable relative to the casing at temperature deformations of the pipe and has an anti-adhesive layer on the surfaces facing the heat-insulating coating. On the outer surface of the second cover there is a seal for the joint with the casing and retainers included in the grooves of the casing. In the heat-insulating coating at the ends of the casing with centering along its inner surface for the length of the capture zones when assembling into a column, there are frames for strengthening the rigidity of the casing.

EFFECT: increase in heat-insulating properties and long service life of tubing.
