Sea water is passed through a sand-shell filter and a microfiltration system, decontaminated by hydrodynamic cavitation treatment and aerating, adding a culture of rotifers, a culture of sea microalgae Diacronema lutheri, essential amino acids methionine, lysine in ratio of 1:2, respectively.
EFFECT: invention provides higher productivity of culture of rotifers Brachionus plicatilis Muller.
