FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in radio monitoring, radar and radio navigation equipment for signal processing. Result is ensured by using the symmetry property of the signal obtained as a result of modified direct wavelet transformation and organization of pulse characteristics of matched filters so that a cross-correlation function (CCF) with a zero dip at the point corresponding to the maximum of the ACF selected at the output of the other matched filter is selected at the output of the introduced filter.
EFFECT: reducing the level of side lobes of the autocorrelation function (ACF), the relative level of noise and interference while maintaining the amplitude of the useful signal.
