FIELD: microelectronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microelectronics and specifically to compositions of dielectric pastes for making dielectric coatings by screen printing. Method of producing dielectric paste based on spherical submicron barium titanate with surface treatment consists of the following stages. Weighing spherical submicron barium titanate with particle size of 0.7-1.0 micron. Surface treatment of barium titanate in water while heating with ammonium oleate. Adding a dispersing wetting additive. Adding a thixotropic additive based on aerosil. Adding a high-boiling solvent – dibutyl glycol. Adding a film-forming agent based on polyvinyl butyral. Dissolution of polyvinyl butyral film-forming agent in dibutyl glycol. Mechanical mixing of barium titanate, dispersant, thixotropic additive and organic binder based on high-boiling solvent. Grinding on paste grater with controlled gap between zirconium shafts at mode: degree of gap – 5 mcm, rotation speed 30±2 rpm. Wet sieving of paste through 70-75 mcm nylon sieve.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a dielectric paste with high dielectric properties.
