FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of materials for electrophysical instrument-making, namely to composite dielectrics, having high dielectric permeability while maintaining high elasticity. Dielectric elastomeric composite material comprises plasticized polymer material and filler material dispersed in polymer material, wherein the polymer material contains polyvinyl butyral, and as filler contains dielectric powder, having chemical composition K1.46Ti8-xFexO16, x=0.3–0.9, and hollandite structure with volume fraction of filler particles from 10 to 30 % and particle size of not more than 3 mcm.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a composite dielectric characterized by high dielectric permeability and elasticity parameters with low content of functional filler.
