FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for recognition of ground objects. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that on the terrain dashed resolution test charts and ground objects of aerial reconnaissance, equipped with a radio-frequency identification mark, are placed, aerial survey with an optoelectronic system of dashed resolution test charts and ground objects of aerial reconnaissance at a priori specified values of altitude and flight course of the aircraft, determining the actual modulation contrast of the dashed resolution test charts and the contrast of ground objects, performing decoding of images of the dashed resolution test chart displayed on the automated workstation of the visualization means by at least three decoder operators, according to the results of which, recognized groups of strokes are determined, in which all strokes are observed separately along their entire length and the smallest group of strokes in width, in which all strokes are distinguished separately along their entire length and there is a visual perception of the difference in grey tone level on the screen between each light strip and adjacent dark strips along their entire length, determining the value of the probability of identifying ground objects of aerial reconnaissance based on the established experimental dependence of the value of the probability of recognition on the value of linear resolution on the terrain.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of determining the probability of recognition of ground-based aerial reconnaissance objects by an optical-electronic system of manned and unmanned aerial vehicles for processing information, thereby reducing the number of field experiments.
