FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry and concerns a material based on hydraulic cements for root canal filling. Proposed material contains portland cement, calcium sulfoaluminate 3(CaO⋅Al2O3)⋅CaSO4, metakaolin, zirconium dioxide ZrO2 and carboxymethyl cellulose in the following ratio, wt.%: calcium sulfoaluminate – 5-10; metakaolin – 0.5-10; zirconium dioxide – 10-15; carboxymethyl cellulose – 1.01-1.5; portland cement – balance.
EFFECT: material possesses good plasticity, optimum rate of hardening with sufficient value of working time, required strength and radiopacity.
