SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for trusted loading of a very large-scale integrated circuit. System comprises a safety controller; masked immutable read-only memory, comprising: a primary loader of a safety controller FBL, which cannot be changed during its operation; one-time programmable read-only memory, comprising: a code value which determines the current state of the integrated circuit; control value of the hash function of the root certificate; minimum allowed version of downloaded software; external memory with respect to the ultra-large-scale integrated circuit, containing data that can be updated during operation: a secondary loader of the SBL safety controller; VLSI main processor cores subsystem loader; electronic signature calculation unit; hash function calculation unit.
EFFECT: providing trusted loading of a very large-scale integrated circuit.
