FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in power units with steam turbine plants. Steam turbine plant includes working tank for liquid with inlet and outlet, containing vacuum pump and vacuum sensor, where vacuum pump is made with possibility of maintaining the specified negative pressure taking into account vacuum sensor readings. Outlet of the working vessel is connected along the circuit of the pipeline to the inlet of the heat exchanger of the steam generator, where in the circuit of the pipeline between the working vessel and the steam generator there is a circulation pump made with possibility of pumping liquid along the circuit of the pipeline. Steam generator comprises heating chamber and heat exchanger to transfer heat from heating chamber to fluid flowing through heat exchanger for its conversion to steam. Outlet of the heat exchanger of the steam generator is connected along the contour of the pipeline to the inlet of the turbine wheel containing a housing inside which there is a wheel with blades made with possibility of its axial rotation under the effect of steam supplied along the contour of the pipeline from the steam generator. Emergency circuit comprises bypass valve arranged at pipeline section with emergency circuit inlet ahead of turbo-wheel and outlet after turbo-wheel. Outlet of the turbine wheel is connected along the circuit of the pipeline to the inlet of the cooling tower, which contains a cooling heat exchanger, on which fans are installed, where the cooling tower is made with possibility of steam cooling with its conversion into liquid. Outlet of the cooling tower is connected to the inlet of the working tank along the circuit of the pipeline in order to drain the liquid into it.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and efficiency of steam turbine plant at simultaneous simplification of its design.
