NATURAL GAS TREATMENT ADSORPTION UNIT WITH GFU BLOCK Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC F25J3/00

Abstract RU 2836203 C1

FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry and can be used for preparation of natural gases. Natural gas treatment adsorption unit with a gas fractionation unit (GFU) block includes inlet separators, a furnace, high and low pressure separators and adsorbers, top of which is connected to initial gas supply line, cooling gas discharge line, regeneration saturated gas discharge line, and bottom of which is connected to prepared gas discharge line, cooling gas supply line, regeneration gas supply line. In high-pressure separator regeneration waste gas is divided into hydrocarbon condensate flow discharge line and regeneration waste gas discharge line. Low-temperature separator is equipped with the first cooled separation gas discharge line and the first cooled hydrocarbon condensate discharge line. Hydrocarbon condensate flow discharge line from the high-pressure separator through the second recuperative heat exchanger is connected to the second cooled hydrocarbon condensate discharge line. First cooled hydrocarbon condensate discharge line is connected through a pump to a condensation-stripping column with heating of the column bottom by a reboiler equipped with a stabilization gas and a stable condensate discharge. Second cooled separation gas discharge line is equipped with a methane-ethane fraction discharge from the plant, and the second cooled hydrocarbon condensate line from the high-pressure separator is connected to the lower part of the low-temperature separator. Stabilization gas line is connected to the inlet of the GFU block, the outlets of which are connected to the lines for tapping the ethane, propane-butane fraction, propane fraction and butane fraction.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of resource saving of the installation, as well as expansion of the range of products.
