FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry, namely to technology of hydrocarbon gas preparation, and can be used for preparation of hydrocarbon gases. Hydrocarbon gas treatment adsorption unit with a gas fractionation unit (GFU) block includes: inlet separators, a furnace, high pressure separator and adsorbers, the top of which is connected to the initial gas supply line, the cooling gas discharge line, the regeneration saturated gas discharge line, and the bottom of which is connected to the prepared gas discharge line with the first filter, the cooling gas supply line, the regeneration gas supply line. Cooling gas discharge line is connected through the second filter to the first recuperative heat exchanger, the gas outlet of which is connected through the furnace to the adsorbers. Cooling gas supply line is connected to the prepared gas discharge line after the first filter. Regeneration waste gas discharge line is connected in series to the third filter, the first recuperative heat exchanger, the refrigerator and the high pressure separator, where the regeneration waste gas is divided into a hydrocarbon condensate flow discharge line and a regeneration waste gas discharge line, which includes a throttle connected through the cooled regeneration waste gas flow line to a propane cooler, the latter is communicated via second cooled regeneration waste gas flow line with low-temperature separator equipped with first cooled separation gas discharge line and first cooled hydrocarbon condensate discharge line. First cooled separation gas discharge line is connected in series through the second recuperative heat exchanger and the second cooled separation gas discharge line to the middle part of the fractionation-stripping column with heating of the column bottom by a reboiler equipped with a stabilization gas and stable condensate discharge. Hydrocarbon condensate flow discharge line from the high-pressure separator is connected in series through the second recuperative heat exchanger to the second cooled hydrocarbon condensate discharge line, which is combined with the first cooled hydrocarbon condensate discharge line to the common flow, which is connected to the upper part of the fractionation-stripping column. Second cooled separation gas discharge line is equipped with a methane-ethane fraction discharge from the plant. Second line of cooled hydrocarbon condensate from the high-pressure separator is connected to the lower part of the low-temperature separator. First cooled hydrocarbon condensate discharge line is connected to the upper part of the installed condensation-stripping column, from which the stabilization gas line is connected to the inlet of the additionally installed GFU block, the outlets of which are connected to the removal lines of ethane, propane-butane, propane, butane, isopentane and pentane fractions.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of resource saving of the installation, as well as expansion of the range of products.
