FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry, namely to hydrocarbon gas treatment equipment and technology, and can be used in gas, oil and other industries at adsorption plants for preparation of hydrocarbon gas. Described is a hydrocarbon gas preparation plant, in which on the stable high-octane gasoline discharge line there is a stable condensate discharge line with a first shutoff valve, and the output of the sixth pump is connected through the second control valve to the stable high-octane gasoline bypass line, which is connected to the stable high-octane gasoline discharge line from the gasoline tank farm, on which the third control valve is installed, through the stable high-octane gasoline mixing line, which is connected in series with the seventh pump, the second shutoff valve, the prepared gas discharge line, on which the third shutoff valve is installed before the first filtering device and adsorbers, which are also connected through the prepared gas discharge line to the hydrocarbon mixture discharge line from the adsorbers, by means of which the fourth shutoff valve, the eighth pump, the fifth shutoff valve and the fourth pump inlet are connected in series, wherein nitrogen production and storage unit is additionally installed, which has two outputs, first output is connected in series through the pressure maintenance line in the adsorbers with the fourth control valve and the cooling gas supply line, on which the sixth shutoff valve is installed before the filter-separator and which is connected through the fifth control valve to the flare header, and the second outlet through the nitrogen supply line for regeneration is connected in series with the seventh shutoff valve and the cooling gas discharge line before the second filtering device, and nitrogen production and storage unit inlet is connected in series through nitrogen discharge line after separation, with the installed eighth shutoff valve and with the regeneration waste gas line, on which the ninth shutoff valve is installed before connection to the initial gas supply line.

EFFECT: improving environmental safety, as well as providing the possibility of resource saving of the installation and obtaining additional amount of hydrocarbon products — stable condensate, PBF and fuel gas, as well as treated water and methanol.
