FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to an adjustable crutch. Crutch comprises support post consisting of upper and lower support posts equipped with height adjustment mechanisms. Crutch has an under-shoulder support fixed in the upper part of the upper support post. Crutch includes support handle for hand, installed on upper support post above mechanism of height adjustment. Crutch comprises a support foot installed in the lower part of the lower support post. Axes of the upper and lower support posts are shifted relative to each other, and the support handle is configured to shift when adjusting the distance between the armpit and the hand. In the lower part of the upper support post there is a support platform with a fixed leg support. Undershoulder support has an attachment configured to adjust the distance between the armpit and the shoulder. In the upper part of the lower support post and on the support platform there is a shift mechanism in the form of a dovetail fixture, which is made with possibility of being fixed with tails, which is made with possibility of transverse movement of the support platform and the lower support post relative to the upper support post. Mechanism for adjusting the height of the lower support post is configured to set the distance from the floor to the knee of the patient. Mechanism for adjusting the height of the upper support post is configured to set the distance between the knee and the armpit of the patient, and the support foot is rotatable outward by means of a hinge.

EFFECT: increased mobility of persons suffered transfemoral amputations, as well as other injuries of lower extremities.
