FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to spectral computed tomography and can be used both in medicine and in industrial non-destructive testing. Method of spectral electron-beam computed tomography using at least two sources generating beams of electrons directed to a ring-shaped target, is characterized by that generating a control signal, which generates an electric current in the form of a meander, which forms a high-energy electron beam, first by a first source of electrons, which is directed to a first part of the target, then, the second electron source is directed to the second - remaining part of the target, with successive generation of X-rays of high energy level by the first and second parts of the ring-shaped target. Similarly, a beam of low-energy electrons is formed by the first and second sources of electrons, with successive generation of low-energy X-rays by the first and second parts of the ring-shaped target. Position of the beam on parts of the target is changed by magnetic systems which move the electron beam along the entire ring-shaped target. Generated X-ray radiation is directed to the analysed object, with subsequent detection of the reflected X-ray signal of high and low energy levels and reconstruction of the image of the analysed object. System for implementing the method includes a vacuum chamber; at least two electron sources located at the back of the vacuum chamber; annular target located on the front part of the vacuum chamber; magnetic system of rotation, focusing and deflection of electron beams; X-ray output window; detector system; collimator; imaging unit.
EFFECT: providing ultra-short scanning time of the analysed object (not exceeding several tens of milliseconds).
