FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: series of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for radiation detecting. Detector has a radiation source for generating radiation conical beam to pass through a region of interest in the area of examination, detector with uniform surface of detection for generating detection values that indicate radiation beam after passing through the region of interest, unit for the radiation source movement and the region of interest relatively to each other along spiral trajectory around axis (R) of rotation, radiation beam filter to generate first and second regions of the radiation beam, having different energy spectra. First area of the radiation beam illuminates first detector area on the detection surface generating first set of values of detection, and second area illuminates second detector area on the detection surface generating second set of values of detection. Detection device control unit provides redundancy of first set of values of detection and second set of values of detection. Filter is made so that the first area includes two subareas, covering the second area in direction of rotation axis (R), detection device operates in the mode of production, in which the second area of the radiation beam illuminates the second detector area so, that it includes, at least, one Tam-Danielsson window on the surface detection, and two subareas of the first area of the radiation beam illuminate two detector subareas of the first detector area. Method of detection is carried out by using computer storage device using computer program.
EFFECT: using the inventions provides accuracy of image generation by computer tomography.
