SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to aesthetic gynecology, plastic surgery. With lipodystrophy of the labia majora - LM, first a horizontal line passing through the middle of the LM is designated and being the base of two triangles with vertices at the upper and lower points of the LM. Autoplasmogel is injected sequentially through the vertices of the triangles using a cannula with a 22G needle 50-70 cm long using a tracing fan technique throughout the entire volume of the LM in a volume of 3-8 ml for each labia. With massaging movements, the autoplasmogel is evenly distributed in the subcutaneous fat layer. The manipulation is repeated first after 14 and then after 21 days.
EFFECT: method allows to fully restore the volume of tissues of the labia majora for a long time.
