FIELD: vehicles in general.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Cabin for electric transport and municipal equipment consists of glued together front and rear panels made of composite materials with carcass elements arranged along their inner surfaces from metal profiles of rectangular cross-section and metal sheet parts connected to each other by brackets with glue-bolt joints. Main components of the composite material of the front and rear panels are glass fibre and polyester resins. Frame elements are connected without gaps by moulding with inner surfaces of said panels during moulding of the latter in tooling and making solid structural elements with front and rear panels, connected during final assembly of cabin by means of glue joint along profiled butt grooves with uniform thickness of glue seam in them.
EFFECT: required design values of bearing capacity and strength of the structure presented in the description are realized taking into account weight characteristics of the latter.
