FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the made from the layered polymeric composite materials dimensions-stable frame-type support structure, and can be used in high-precision space systems, for example, as the space crafts instrument platforms, to the integral frame structure manufacturing method and to the metal tooling for its manufacturing. Integral frame structure from the laminated polymeric composite material consists of I-shaped ribs and framing in the form of channel, together with ribs forming the monolithic load-bearing frame, made of impregnated with the polymeric binder fibrous material layers. Structure manufacturing method comprises all of its elements assembly on the metal tooling in the uncured state and their simultaneous molding, at that forming the monolithic, all-molded structure. Wherein during the assembly in the structure elements embedded metal elements are installed. Product molding is carried out by thermal compression method in the polymerization furnace. Made by the method of the invention product is characterized by the manufacturing simplicity, low labor input and cost.
EFFECT: technical result achieved with the use of group of inventions is increase in the frame units stability and positioning accuracy, reduction in the thermomechanical properties variations along the ribs length, in enabling the product dimensions high accuracy, and in the weight reduction.
