FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in revision hip replacement for removing bone or cement plug and preparing a femoral canal for femoral revision component implantation. Device consists of a flexible shaft, the shape of which follows the shape of the femoral canal, on one end of which there is a tip for connection to the medical drill, and on the other end of which there is a rigid clamp. It contains a nozzle in the form of a hollow drill, at the end of which, directed to a bone or cement plug, there are teeth, as well as nozzle in form of a hollow teardrop-shaped cutter. Both nozzles are fixed to flexible shaft by means of rigid clamp and are detachable. Device shaft is made of hollow perforated titanium tube.

EFFECT: device allows to pass bone or cement plug without femoral perforation, to reduce time of operative intervention and to create conditions for installation of revision femoral component.
