SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and environmental protection and can be used in production of mineralizers for burning portland cement clinker in cement industry and construction, as well as fluorite concentrate substitutes in ferrous metallurgy. Fluorine-containing wastes and industrial products of electrolytic production of aluminium are treated at 50-100 °C with lime-containing reagent in solution, which is represented by flue ash (FA) of Beryozovskaya GRES, preliminary treated with water or ground to average particle size of 10-15 mcm. FA consumption for treatment of 100% fluorine-containing wastes and industrial products is calculated from the relationship: FA (%)=(115±4)×C_F:C_Ca, where (115±4) is an empirical coefficient; C_F is concentration of fluorine in wastes and industrial products, wt.%, C_Ca is calcium concentration in FA, wt.%. Obtained synthetic fluorite can replace expensive and scarce natural fluorite concentrate.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to involve in large-scale industrial processing of currently used FA of Beryozovskaya GRES and due to this to reduce load on environment, as well as to expand raw material base of lime-containing reagents.
