FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of physical research of properties of aggressive melts of refractory substances with high (more than 0.1 MPa) pressures of own vapours above the melts and can be used to determine stalagmometric constant. Stalagmometric constant is determined by empirical formula where k is stalagmometric constant; is the average drop volume, m3; n is the number of such drops in one mole of the analysed substance in the solid state, mol-1; is molar volume of melt, m3/mol; e is the e number.

EFFECT: present invention does not require experiments with reference melts.
