FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for the manufacture of articles from carbon-carbon composite materials (CCCM), intended for use as heat shields, in particular in devices for growing silicon monocrystals by the Czochralski method, as well as for use as a carbon base for siliconizing in the manufacture of articles from carbon-silicon carbide composite materials, such as aircraft brakes. Device for saturation of porous ring-shaped workpieces with pyro-gradient method contains reactor equipped with upper and lower current leads to several mandrels-heaters installed along height of reactor between current leads. Mandrel heaters are made in the form of a ring with the possibility of placing porous workpieces on them. Device also includes several current-conducting bushings made with possibility of current transfer from one heater mandrel to another, and several electrical insulator bushings located diametrically to them in the horizontal plane.
EFFECT: reducing the cycle of making articles in the form of rings from CCCM and CCCM articles obtained on their basis.
