FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry, metallurgy and production of super pure materials. Apparatus all-in-one part furnished with extending parts is made of carbon-carbon composite based on cross-linking structure carcass. To produce such part, first, formed are embedded element cross-linking carcasses as pipes and/or plates by placing cross-linked layers with folding to flange section. Said layers are compacted with pyrocarbon by thermal gradient process to leave flanged layers unsaturated with pyrocarbon. Section saturated with pyrocarbon is subjected to mechanical processing. Then, formed is the main part carcass at forming mandrel by consecutive cross-linking of the layers unsaturated with pyrocarbon, their saturation with pyrocarbon by thermal gradient process and mechanical processing on part sections not yet processed. Mandrel-heater serves to support the embedded element carcass main section while not-heating forming mandrel serves to support the flange section.
EFFECT: longer life in operation in chemically aggressive media and/or at high temperatures, increased overall dimensions without process complication.
