SUBSTANCE: technological line for biological processing of food and agricultural production wastes is characterized by the fact that it includes the following components established in the technological sequence: branch pipes 1.1 and 1.2 for food and agricultural production wastes supply, storage tanks 2.1 and 2.2 for storing wastes, batchers 3.1 and 3.2, which regulate the flow rate of wastes for processing, grinders 4.1 and 4.2, cavitation units 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, equipped with piezoceramic converters 6 of electric energy into ultrasonic waves, pipeline 7, fermenter 8 equipped with anchor mixer 9, filtration unit 10, return pipeline 11 for moving the coarse residue from the filtering unit for repeated biological processing in fermenter 8, pipeline 12 intended for removal of the obtained product after biological treatment and having passed the filtration stage, storage tank 13, cavitation unit 5.4, intended for product removal, spraying device 14, which is part of spray dryer 15, extruder 16 intended for extruded concentrate production, and belt dryer 17 for dehydration of extruded product.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand technological and functional capabilities of the line, to expand the range of processed organic wastes of food and agricultural industries, as well as to obtain sterile and highly homogenised products.
