SUBSTANCE: line for obtaining aqua feed based on poultry farming by-products is characterized by that it contains storage bins for keratin-containing wastes 1, rotary dispensers 2 and a screw conveyor for the supply of keratin-containing wastes 3 to washing-squeezing machine 4, equipped with cavitation unit 5, which includes a pump, a filter, a cavitation apparatus RAF, pipeline junctions, control and automation unit, extruder 6 with screw feeder 8 equipped with compacting screw 7, for extruded protein production, crusher 9 for production of protein flour, storage bins for grain wastes and poultry farming by-products 10, dispensers 11 and screw conveyor 12 for feeding raw materials into extruder 13 with screw dispenser 15 equipped with mixing screw 14, for production of protein additives, belt dryer 16 with heater 17 and fan 18, bins for finished product 19 with rotary batcher 20, grinder 21 and automatic packing machine 22.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to eliminate pathogenic microflora in aquafeed, to expand the range of produced aquafeed, to reduce environmental load due to processing of poultry farming by-products.
