FIELD: biotechnology; fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: device has a receiving compartment connected to the cylindrical housing of the chamber. Reservoirs with dispensers-nozzles are installed on the housing, they come out into the cavity of the chamber for supply of enzymatic solutions. Device also contains an unloading compartment. Electrodes-sensors are installed in reservoirs. Cylindrical housing, having a protrusion-steam outlet in the upper part, is equipped with a mixer screw with an electric drive. Method consists in production of fodder enzymatic hydrolysates using the above described device, where vegetal raw material is supplied to the receiving compartment, water-enzymatic treatment is carried out with the help of reservoirs with dispensers-nozzles with temperature of enzyme solutions in range of 45±1 to 50±1 °C, unloading of hydrolyzate is performed through unloading compartment. Material is mixed and moved by a mixer screw with an electric drive arranged in a cylindrical housing, along the cylindrical housing having a protrusion-steam outlet in the upper part. Before water-enzymatic treatment of material, its temperature is reduced to 50-70 °C.
EFFECT: higher quality and nutritional value of protein fodder.
