SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine in terms of biochemical analyses, namely to a container installed in a bottle with a reagent. Air insulator for reagent bottles, consisting of an air insulator insert, an air insulator body and an air insulator plug, characterized in that the insert of the air insulator is made of an elastic material in the form of two interconnected in the upper part by a bridge and located coaxially with the outer and inner cuffs, with the formation of a cavity between them, for the possibility of landing on the neck of the bottle, wherein the jumper is designed to limit the installation depth of the air insulator in the neck of the bottle, the outer collar is designed to squeeze the neck of the reagent bottle from the outside, and inner collar is intended for fixation of air insulator body inside neck of reagent bottle, wherein on the inner collar side facing the air insulator body there is a ring-shaped groove, at least one air access groove and a lead-in chamfer, air insulator body is made hollow and contains holes from above and from below, and the air insulator plug is made in the form of a flange, the upper part of which is made in the form of a solid disc covering the neck of the bottle, and the lower part is made in the form of an annular collar, which is necessary for entering the tightness into the annular groove of the air insulator insert and forming a tight joint.

EFFECT: reducing the contact area of the working fluid of the reagent with air, providing multiple tight closure of the bottle, protecting against spillage, evaporation and degradation during storage, minimizing the possibility of deviation from the vertical of the air insulator body when it is installed in the reagent bottle, levelling the level of the liquid reagent in the working and isolated volume in the bottle.
