FIELD: wine-making and alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vessel for aging of alcohol beverage is metal bottle accommodating detachable bottle from oak wood, means for corking in the form of cork with metal tube located therein with flared ends, and metal cap with cover. Neck of detachable bottle is connected with valve for gas release by means of metal tube. Cork made of bark of cordwood or metal is mounted in metal sleeve with two projections. Sleeve is installed inside hollow cylinder with internal single or double cylindrical spiral with forced sliding inside it. Detachable bottle has turned neck, side surface turned from solid oak wood or assembled from oak strips with the help of projections and depressions trapezoidal in shape on side surfaces, and double bottom. Lower bottom is made of oak with transverse fibers and trapezoidal slots burnt out on its external surface. Upper bottom is made of oak with longitudinal fibers and burnt out holes. Side surface of detachable bottle has burnt out grooves in vacuum along which holes are burnt out. Double bottom is installed to form chamber for oxygen connected with valve for oxygen supply installed in center of lower bottom, and bottom of metal bottle is bent inside. Oak wood is sterilized with electronic beam for 5 min, aromatized, wetted with beverage aged for at least 10 years and drained. Detachable bottle is filled with beverage and subjected to aging with simultaneous seasoning, aromatization and purification by contacting with charred and noncharred oak wood and oxygen and also with mineral conferring flavor to drink.
