SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in food-processing industry. The device proposed herein contains the case with a clamp to match to the bottle neck, a cavity for accommodating a sealing element, an electric motor case, an electrically-driven pump impeller, a filter, a limiter die cone, a threaded joint on the case outer side, a cap, elements to fasten, isolate and seal the device. The filter includes a coarse-filtration material, a sorbent or a mix of sorbents and a fine-filtration material. The device also contains the electric motor housing, impeller, collar, supply element, a control unit incorporating switches, conducting connectors and ON indicator.
EFFECT: ease of operation, higher efficiency of cleaning and processing.
