SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of design and development of oil deposits, monitoring of development of oil and gas reserves and can be used to predict the downhole amount of gas produced together with oil. Disclosed is a method for determining gas factor of formation oil, which consists in sampling oil and studying its properties. At that, depth samples of oil of reference wells of the deposit are preliminary taken, according to which a graph of calibration dependence of gas factor on molar content of hexane with heavy hydrocarbon components in oil is plotted. Further, oil samples are taken in containers from other wells of the field from samplers installed on flow lines of wellhead valves after a check valve of a branch pipe from an annular space and a turbulence promoter. Then, in laboratory conditions, pressure in the container with the sample is increased above the saturation pressure of oil with gas, ensuring dissolution of associated petroleum gas in oil. After that, the required volume of oil is taken from the upper part of the sample, which is subjected to chromatographic analysis, and the content of hexane with heavy hydrocarbon components is found. Further, gas factor of formation oil is determined by calibration dependencies.

EFFECT: obtaining the necessary information on the gas factor of the formation oil with coverage of the entire stock of wells for a short period of time and, accordingly, increasing the efficiency of monitoring the development of the oil field.
